Firmware update 2.13.7 is now available for the RETevet™ device and can be easily downloaded and installed using the instructions on this page.

What's New in This Release?

This maintenance release improves stability of the firmware.

Installation Instructions

  1. Place your RETevet device into the docking station and connect the docking station to your computer using the provided USB cable. If prompted, allow the device to appear as an external drive on the computer (it will appear as RETeval).
  2. Using your computer, click here to download firmware update 2.13.7.
  3. Copy the downloaded file to the “Firmware” directory folder on the RETevet.
  4. Eject the RETevet device drive from your computer and remove the device from the docking station.
  5. On the device, navigate to “Settings” in the main menu, then “System,” then “Update firmware.” If “Update firmware” is not visible, go back to the “Settings” page, wait 20 seconds and try again. The device performs self-checks when first turned on, and the “Update firmware” button is hidden until those self-checks are complete. Select the firmware version to start the update process.

If you have not yet downloaded the data barcode app for scanning patient information and adding the testing date on the RETevet device, download the app using the buttons below. The app is available for desktop computers with Windows operating system and mobile devices with iOS or Android.
