Firmware update 2.14.0 is now available for the RETevet™ device and can be easily downloaded and installed by either watching the video or using the instructions on this page.
*Note: This instructional video was created for the RETeval, but the steps to update your RETevet device are the same.
This maintenance release improves the stability of your RETevet’s firmware.
Detailed instructions can also be found in the RETevet device user manual, which is available on the Customer Resource Center.
If you have not done so already, you can download an app to your computer or mobile device for scanning information onto your RETevet device before testing. Versions are available for Windows, iOS, and Android.
